Correction policy

Correction policy

This page explains the correction SLA, public correction records, report replacement and old report-number resolution. To submit a case, use the appeal entry.

How to contact us

  • Email [email protected].
  • Include the report number, domain, what you believe should be corrected and public source links that can be checked.
  • If you manage the website, provide public evidence of control or an official statement.

Timing

The first human response target is within 72 hours. Urgent cases may be prioritized, but immediate completion is not promised.

Corrections require source review and rule recalculation. If a source cannot be confirmed, the report may keep its result with added explanation.

What changes after a correction

The original URL is kept and does not return 410. The page shows the updated result and a dated correction record.

If an old report number has been cited, it resolves to the current live report so users can see the correction history.
